YOUR ACCOUNT / YOUR CONTROL

Delete the account. Keep your local frames.

NUVEX accounts are optional. You can permanently delete your account and associated Camera Passport cloud data inside the app, or send IFY Inc a deletion request if the app is no longer available to you.

01 / IN THE APP

Delete immediately

  1. Open NUVEX.
  2. Open Settings, then Camera Passport.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Select Delete Nuvex Account and confirm Delete Forever.
02 / WITHOUT THE APP

Request deletion

Email IFY Inc from the address connected to your NUVEX account. Include only the account email. Never send a password, payment information or photographs.

Account and cloud data

  • Firebase Authentication account
  • Camera Passport cloud record
  • Synced camera builds and configuration
  • Account identity attached to those records
NOT AUTOMATICALLY DELETED

Local files and Play billing

  • Photographs saved locally on your device
  • Files you have already shared to another app
  • Your Google Play subscription
  • Limited logs or backups retained for security or law
BEFORE YOU DELETE

Account deletion cannot be undone. Cancel an active NUVEX Plus subscription separately in Google Play. For email requests, IFY Inc may ask you to verify account ownership and aims to complete a verified request within 30 days or the period required by applicable law.
